These Terms of Service govern your use of Simkoa’s website, mobile application, and prepaid travel eSIM data plans. By accessing our services or completing a purchase, you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund Policy.
1. Validity of general terms
These terms apply to all services provided by Simkoa in connection with the resale of prepaid digital eSIM data plans. They are binding when you use our website, app, or purchase our products. Variations to these terms apply only if explicitly agreed in writing.
2. Description of services
Simkoa offers prepaid eSIM data plans for international travel. Plans are delivered digitally and are intended primarily for mobile data connectivity unless otherwise stated on the product page.
2.1 eSIM plans
Our eSIM products provide access to mobile data networks in supported destinations. Coverage, speeds, and network availability depend on local partner networks and may vary by location.
2.2 Unlimited and daily plans
Some plans are marketed as unlimited or daily pass plans. These typically include a daily high-speed data allowance; after that allowance is used, data may continue at reduced speeds subject to fair-use policies. Daily allowances reset every 24 hours from first use where applicable. Plan-specific limits are shown on the product page before purchase.
2.3 Our commitments
We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or universally available connectivity. We use reasonable efforts to maintain service quality and resolve issues promptly.
2.4 Your responsibilities
You agree to use our services lawfully and responsibly. Abusive, fraudulent, or illegal use — including activities that impair network performance — may result in suspension of service. You remain responsible for charges incurred prior to suspension.
3. Registration and activation
3.1 Account requirements
To purchase and manage eSIM plans, you may need to create an account. You must provide accurate, current information including your name and a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
3.2 Purchase and delivery
After selecting a plan and completing payment, your eSIM is delivered electronically via your Simkoa account, order page, and/or email. Delivery typically includes a QR code and/or manual activation details. You need an internet connection to download and install the eSIM profile.
3.3 Activation
Installing and activating the eSIM is your responsibility. Follow the installation guide for your device. Most eSIM profiles can only be installed once. Deleting an installed profile may prevent reinstallation without purchasing a replacement.
4. Payment and financial terms
4.1 Charges
Prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. We accept payment methods shown at checkout (such as card, PayPal, Google Pay, or Apple Pay). Transactions are processed securely through third-party payment providers.
4.2 Taxes and fees
Displayed prices include applicable taxes and fees unless stated otherwise on the checkout page.
4.3 Refunds and cancellations
Refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy. Generally, activated, installed, or partially used eSIMs are not eligible for refund. Refund requests for unused eSIMs may be considered within the timeframe stated in our refund policy.
5. Plan validity and usage
- Each plan has a stated validity period and data allowance (or unlimited terms where applicable).
- Unused data may expire at the end of the validity period and is not transferable.
- Validity may begin upon activation or first network use, depending on the plan — see product details at purchase.
- Top-ups may be available for certain active eSIMs through your Simkoa account where supported.
- All eSIM products are prepaid. There are no automatic recurring subscriptions unless explicitly offered and accepted at checkout.
6. Device compatibility
You are responsible for ensuring your device supports eSIM technology and is carrier-unlocked before purchase. Compatibility varies by device model, region, and carrier. Review our compatibility list and installation guide. Simkoa is not liable for purchases made on incompatible or locked devices.
7. Legal, liability, and intellectual property
7.1 Warranty disclaimer
Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
7.2 Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Simkoa is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability for any claim relating to a specific order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
7.3 Governing law
These terms are governed by applicable laws in the jurisdiction where Simkoa operates. Disputes shall be resolved in accordance with those laws and the courts of competent jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country provide otherwise.
7.4 Intellectual property
All content, trademarks, software, and materials on Simkoa’s website and app are owned by Simkoa or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our services for personal, non-commercial travel connectivity.
8. Privacy
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
9. Modifications
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes take effect when posted on this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes may also be communicated by email or site notice where appropriate.
